Hiring Process
We appreciate your interest in securing a position with Computer Development Systems,
LLC. Outlined below is our standard hiring process. In order to ensure
that you are considered for the position in which you are interested, please be
sure to follow the steps below in the proper order.
NOTE: Computer Development Systems, LLC performs
background checks and drug tests on all candidates prior to offering employment.
1. Online Questionnaire
Complete the online questionnaire for the position you would like to apply for by
clicking on the questionnaire link directly following the position description found
below these instructions.
2. Resume & Cover Letter
Submit your resume and cover letter to resumes@compdevsys.com.
Do not submit your resume and cover letter until you have completed the previous
steps.
3. First Interview
Qualified candidates will be selected based on the candidate's resume and cover
letter and the responses provided during the phone screening process. Those
candidates will be contacted within 2 weeks of submitting their resume to arrange
a face-to-face interview. Candidates will be asked to complete an employment
application and submit reference information. The first interview may be conducted
as a group interview.
4. Final Interview
Selected candidates will be invited to participate in additional interviews leading
to a final interview. This interview may include additional personality and/or
behavioral assessments.
5. Offer of Employment
When all candidates have completed their final interviews, CDS will prepare an offer
to be delivered to the most qualified candidate. This offer is contingent
upon a background check, drug screen and personality index.
